Day 3 and Making Progress – RunLog 5/13/14

I am in my mid-60s and retired. It is who I am and I am very lucky to have made it this far. This is where I will share some of the stories and insights that I learn and have learned during my journey to whatever comes next. Writing about the physical and mental changes in my life that are a part of growing older, helps me accept, or at least acknowledge, that these changes won’t always be smooth or wonderful experiences. Although some changes are for the better. The world is changing as we speak and no, we can’t go back to how it used to be.
