I was going through my feeds last night and came across this post on iRunFar.com. I stopped what I was doing because I have followed Billy Yang’s career for a while now and have enjoyed his work.

This particular short film got me good, and it is one of those that things worth taking the eight minutes it takes to watch. The message at the end is very, very powerful and something that most of us need to hear in these difficult times.
