After walking Bennie first thing this morning and then again at 9:00 AM and having to sit with him both times waiting for him to stop shivering, he won’t wear a sweater or anything. I decided that it was probably a better idea for me to head to Planet Fitness, put on shorts/t-shirt and be comfortable while running on the treadmill versus heading outside all bundled up in single-digit temps.
Planned Workout Description vs Actual: Planned on an easy 5.0 and
ended up doing 6.0, since I didn’t run yesterday.

in the earbuds, run at 6.7 mph until the treadmill hits 6.0
miles, slow down to 3.5 mph for .3 to cool-down and
then hit the stop button. Nothing special other than a
get it done run.
Shoes: Mileage (112.6) New Balance Propel v1 – Did what I
expected from them and felt good until 5.0 miles then I struggled
a little with the right foot for some reason, but it has been
bothering with all my shoes lately, so I am not sure what is going on.
